I wouldn't say so. They still have a good slaughter whereto they can direct their fury. It's more an inconvenience for Slaanesh followers, because they take pleasure from the process itself, while there are nobody to be tortured, scream and die in agony, etc.
but robots offer no blood nor skulls for the God and his Throne so he's going to be disappointed
and disappointed Chaos gods are extra-unpleasant people
But they still can kill! maim! burn! and shed their own blood in battle. Khorne doesn't care whence the blood flows as long as it flows, so he will be pleased in any case.
