9/11, yes was bad, but little evidence exists that it was them folk over in the Middle East. My whole family, which comprises of a few vets of previous times, believes that Bush used 9/11 to go help the *poor, picked-on* Israelis.

Like Lusitania, yes bad to a degree, but no excuse to get in a damn war about it.

You know Vader, you got to ask yourself. What's wrong with helping the poor picked on Israelis? Even if you don't believe in the Bible as a religious book many (if not most) historians believe it to be very historically accurate. Muslims nations have always wanted to destroy the Jews. They started out Pagan nations. Then the prophet came along and they all became Muslim nations. Their main goal didn't change though. The destruction of Israel. The wiping out of their civilization.

Admittedly, I am a Conservative, and a Christian... however I am NO fan of George W. Bush's. I can agree with you that he made few or no good decisions while in office. However, I don't buy into the propaganda that says the whole reason for going into the Middle East was so Bush could get their oil. It had little or nothing to do with that. I think that many were thinking of protecting Israel, but that's not a bad thing. Israel is a good nation and an ALLY of the United States.

On your point about no real evidence of Taliban and such being the guys who flew 9-11... think... there is no hard evidence that we the everyday citizens know about. You really think information that sensitive would be something that every American gets to have a look at? No... of course not.

On the subject of the WMD thing. I think that Bush made some right and some wrong decisions that were, in the end, based on wrong information. Bad intel. You can't blame Bush for that one. Truthfully you can't blame any President for any decision as no decision is ever really theirs. Just their supporters'. The President's just a puppet; a face.

Well, I agree and disagree with ya here.

First off, I am a FIRM believer in the Bible. I be Christian myself. But religion ain't the point here.

As for lack of evidence, I agree, but still, why go to war because of something that is not concrete evidence? Think, what good is going to happen in the long run if we keep blowing up Iraq/Iran/Wherever-the-Hell-we're-fighting? Oil? Got plenty here in the Mid-west and Alaska, don't need import.

Hold your horses on being an ALLY of Israel. No official documents have been signed saying were allies.
If we're such good pals with em, what about the poor intelligence US NAVY ship USS Liberty that was attacked by ISRAEL aircraft back in 1967? Many sailors dead and wounded. Mind you, all it had to defend itself was a few .50 guns, while the Israel fighters were fully armed. It was no mistaken target either, the Liberty was flying her flag high during the attack.

Well, I agree with you and disagree. One point I'd like to say again that you didn't seem to get.

We don't know about concrete evidence that Muslim Terrorists were behind 911. Not that it doesn't exist. The U.S. government probably has a hundred tons of evidence that pointed towards them. Normal everyday citizens aren't privy to that information though.

Anyways, I agree... let's stop debating.
