no idea, I only know that this sucks like hell!
but I've heard about trying to use exactly the same video settings, maybe you could try that
There are three versions of what could cause this:
1) Someone is using a trainer while playing.
2) Someone was using the trainer before playing, it's the same thing, you have to exit the game and get again in without the trainer.
3) EA hates you.

a other option because this was played over Hamachi, that the connection between players is just not prefect and there start to be a gap between.
This gap/hole/blackspot will be seen by the game as a error/hack/cheat situation. (starts already if you have a lot of lag) i found out that i can get this 1 vs 1. While if i play with 8 players online it will not happen. (unless like PLAYMSBK said before)
my suggestion. MORE players ONLINE and less HAMACHI. just my suggestion.

EA F***ed up and gave me a previously used key and now they dont wanna fix it cuz they think i am just another pirate (WHICH I AM NOT)
but i bought the game 3 years ago... nobody keeps receipts that long so how in the **** am i supposed to prove that i purchased it...

This used to be a serious issue in Kane's Wrath. Back then, it used to be certain units andor buildings causing it, an example I remember is the Nod SAM Turrets that caused it. Didnt happen in normal TW though.
