All of the thanks to goes to Carnius for a great mod, I am thankful that you are kind enough to make this for me and the rest of the CNC community, without caring about any kind of pay or reimbersment. I and, I believe the rest of the CNC community really just want to say, THANKS CARNIUS! and thank you for coming to TEF.

I think everyone knows about Hunter-Seeker in TS. |

its not a sabotage weapon, but some kind of small superweapon. also, it uses hover technology, available mostly to gdi. i like the idea, but if placed sory-wise, it should be both on nod and gdi. -- FIGHT FOR THE BROTHERHOOD, DIE FOR KANE! |

I can see nod using something LIKE the hunter seeker but not hover more like a terror drone in its movement (4 legs fast walker drone) It would have to be AI controlled because of the potential deadliness of it (A bit OP if you can pick the target with how I would make it.) Also give it high damage (destroy most units). Maybe make it so you cant see from it so it cant be used as a scout. OR make it useable as a scout (albeit bad one that keeps blowing up.) Maybe like this Cabal concept (not original use for the unit but if it was moded it would work very well) Edited by: FeuerAegis -- Kane's Life Is Eternal |

u could make both fast and highly explosive (maybe stealthed too), but controlable by the player. the downside would be that it has really paper armor and dies instantly by a small handful of bullets. -- FIGHT FOR THE BROTHERHOOD, DIE FOR KANE! |

I think stealth would be overkill just make it to fast for defenses to track. Also I think it should explode if killed regardless of how it died (just another balancer). Overall it could be maid to fit the Nod theme very well. -- Kane's Life Is Eternal |

yes i agree with you firestorm |

Now to talk about its launch and cost. I think it should launch from the tech center (if I remember the original did) and be selected with a support power (like the planet killer mothership) That leaves cost. How much for a mini super weapon? Also any alternate launch ideas? -- Kane's Life Is Eternal |

they could be used just like planet killers, just that tey detonate other than shoot. i believe they should be normal speed bu stealthed, imo it'd cause some trouble to the game. -- FIGHT FOR THE BROTHERHOOD, DIE FOR KANE! |

In there original they were fast but not stealthed. all base defenses have stealth detection so it would be useless if normal speed because it would get blown up before it reached the target. So it would need to be fast to get past defenses to detonate -- Kane's Life Is Eternal |

yeah, but a big number of defences in TW hit targets no matter how fast they are (laser turret) and would cause trouble. -- FIGHT FOR THE BROTHERHOOD, DIE FOR KANE! |

All base defenses detect stealth, so it would have little point in stealth. Another alternative is armor so it can withstand basic defense fire or just not make it invulnerable like the original. I do not like any of the other ideas than making it faster than the defenses can track it. It would need a counter in all factions though. maybe make stealth the nod counter but I have no idea for GDI and Scrin -- Kane's Life Is Eternal |

scrin have the planet killer so i suppose they dont need such thing. that technology would also be primitive as hell for scrin cause it needs someone to suicide. but base defences cant detect stealth to all of their range, but only part of it. it should also be fast to evade defenders quickly, but i still support stealth. -- FIGHT FOR THE BROTHERHOOD, DIE FOR KANE! |

I will also vote no. Anyway, there is already enought offencive support powers imo. |

If a "modified drone" with detonate ability can replace fanatics, then it will be a nice replacement. IMHO fanatics are too GLA and they don't fit well in Nod arsenal. -- Brotherhood, Unity, Peace. |

I think a drone would not fit the Nod arsenal. Nod doesnt use hovers and other stuff and it's just plain stupidness creating an expemsive robot thing for pure suicide missions while you can have hundreds of thousands of people who can become "martyrs". -- FIGHT FOR THE BROTHERHOOD, DIE FOR KANE! |

Not expensive nor hover, wasn't intended in the previous reply. Sorry for my bad English. Just a flying guided bomb that avoids ground attacks. As side effect can release a small EMP discharge to slow down enemy (not stop like buggy) vehicles and turn off structures. This could be the Nod response to Gdi shockwave granades. In this way you can get 2 TS unit in once, the limpet drone and a new version of hunter seeker. Edited by: FortressMaximus -- Brotherhood, Unity, Peace. |

You should have explained what you meant by "modified drone". Now you did and I kind of like your idea. Nah, your English aren't bad. -- FIGHT FOR THE BROTHERHOOD, DIE FOR KANE! |

i see what you did there... anyways, i guess im alright with the idea so long as it can be shot down.... -- "Before enlightenment: Chop wood, fetch water. After enlightenment: Chop wood, fetch water." -zen proverb |

Off course it can! -- Brotherhood, Unity, Peace. |

Honestly, I have always found the Hunter-Seeker tool, on TS, pretty lame. Come on. It could be fine to be used as an alternative for the suicide-bombers, but not as a superweapon. |

Indeed, this is what I meant. -- Brotherhood, Unity, Peace. |
