Story: During TW3 GDI realized that there battle base was not tdoing enough or bening used by very many commanders, also the nod black hand and even devils tongue was tearing it apart. So the GDI Council agrred that they had to give it a variety of upgrades to make it more useful on the battle field. The only real drawback is that only 1 may be researched per battle base because if you were to give it anymore it could no longer pack up and move, so only 1 of these researches can be researched.

its a decent idea, but if this is done, there should be something like that in the other factions too or something that can counter this to keep balance cause spamming some rigs and just deploy them in the enemy base and own it with a mass of light units, is kinda imbalanced.

Phantom upgrades

Defensive systems
cost : 2500$
Adds several AI guns, 2 AT guns and 1 Sam

Shadow deployment
Cost : 1200 $
Enables the phantom to build shadow teams. This transformation is permanent (cant unpack).

Raid Production
Cost : 1500 $
Enables the phantom to produce raider buggies and attack bikes. This transformation is permanent (cant unpack).

Build radius
Cost: 1800$
Enables the phantom to deploy in to a stealth building that has Repair drones This transformation is permanent (cant unpack).

Army support
Cost : 2000$
Allows the phantom to repair vehicles when deployed as well as heal infantry.

StoryTo counter GDIs new battle base nod hade to come up with a way to get a new unit to fulfill the same purpose. Nod scientist soon realized that rather than making a new chassis they could modify the Phantom chassis to fit the new role. These upgrades also had the side effect of increasing the use of the phantom on the battle field.

No idea for the Scrin due to no comparative unit

I don't like any of these ideas cept for the medical staff for GDI and defensive upgrade for Nod. Don't know what Carnius thinks though..

I think the main enhancement for battle base is to make it promotable like other Gdi vehicles. So can gain experience and be fairly stronger.

For Phantom? Once deployed can spawn repair drones, so can be a very good stealth generator with a support ability.

I agree, also they need the "deploy" ability in order to fire. now they are too fast, they can fire and run without any time delay.

The "minibomb" of the shadow team (and their explosive) is too much weak.

only problem with that, is that the phantom has repair drones as long as it isnt deployed...
