Argentine Patagon tank, not cheaper, not fast, not heavy
But you still would not want it to shoot you would you know?
It bears a striking resemblance to the Lorraine 40t. Maybe they copied its design ?

Looks like Kürrassier Austrian Tank and yes Turret is from AMX13
does it even have a co-ax gun?

The turret is from a AMX13 and the chasis of a SK 105, both fisurated, 39 vehicles for 23,4 millons dollars, waste of money
