Ehh. WG.net trilogy versus WT is just flame bait and I try to avoid those kind of arguments.

Honestly, you need to wait for actual gameplay of WT land and decide for yourself. I am currently very skeptical.

I wonder how the Ferdinand and the Elephant will play differently. All I know is that the Elephant has a hull MG and the Ferdinand didn't.

They most likely won't. Play style is usually decided by armour, overall agility or the gun. Count how many different guns you see and there are your potential play styles.

Whoa, so many watermarks and crap (even left the Fraps overlay smh). Why people has such a need to take credit for posting a picture others made?
Me? I'll just link to the original Warthunder.ru (too lazy to find it in English though)

Panther should be a good choice good top speed, good armor and a fantastic main gun just keep your *** hidden way too thin.

Panther will be an easy target (for almost all vehicles that attack its sides or rear, extremly weak like you said)

The JagdTiger is going to make a mess out of whatever it hits.

The Jadgtiger's gun has less velocity than the pak 43 (long 88) so that means the Jagdpanther/Ferdinand/Elephant/King Tiger will be doing a bigger mess.

As much as I love soviet tech, how will panthers stand up against a T-54? o_O There is a huge gap.

They're including some experimental models like the Tiger II with the 10.5cm KwK L/68 and the Panther II armed with the 8.8cm KwK L/71 43. Which according to the developers are equivalents to the Post-WW2 tanks that will be in the game.

Although I'm putting my money more on the Jagdtiger with it's 128mm.
