Yep. Features a new gun, add on composite armor, computerized FCS(And all other Gen-3 stuff) And oddly a 60mm mortar.

I doubt it could resist any kind of modern KE penetrator but it surely can resists RPGs and maybe some weak HESH / HEAT.
Also it actually looks like a modern chinese tank like the Type-98 or 99.
