Any post-1950s rocket launcher could really. That's why armour thickness stopped mattering so much on modern tanks and people started researching other ways to counter them.
I still think it could give a t-62 or an M60 a nasty fight though.

T62 had a 115mm main gun, pretty sure this would get ****** from the first shot. And more armor and better speed and everything lol.
