1943? Whatever, a picture with that much clarity couldn't possibly be 1943. Oh and antennae as well.
This picture is new, but the tank was built in WW2 (1944 actually).

i think its the SU-85, not the SU-100.
One of the easiest way to tell SU-85 from SU-100 is that commander port. It was added on SU-100 to make commanders job easier in spotting and what not.
