Description
The Safir-74 is a modernized version of the T-55, the upgrades have been done by the Defense Industries Organization of Iran. Upgrades include mounting a new armament system consisting of 105mm M68 (Royal ordnance L-7), a Slovenian Fontana Electronic Fire Control System (EFCS-3), larger power pack and heavy ERA protection.

Since we are talking about a Muslin country, shouldn't they get their tanks a longer skrit? (how shameless of them, show their wheels like that...)
Since Muslin fundamentalists always complain about women not covering up enough, I'm gonna complain about their tanks not covering enough.
On the other hand, it looks like the Iranians are cosplaying as the GLA with their junkyard upgrade...
Would you kindly keep religion out of this? It's always creates long and pointless debate.
BTW About the Islamic dress code, it's complected and as in matter of fact, applies to mans too. And if you honestly want to discuss about this (Discuss, NOT debate), PM me.
As for the tank, well they are rearguard tanks and are eventually will replace by T-72S/Z and/or Z-3 tanks, so wasting hugea** money on them in not what one would call a wise choice.
Shut the hell up, there's absolutely no reason to bring religion into a page that has nothing to do with religion.
I don't recall getting fancy ERA protection from rummaging in dustbins...
