Doesn't looks like a panzer 3 except for the turret, running gear looks like T-70 ish
Your right it does not look to much like a panzer but i think its funny that they need something like this
Yeah it's clearly based on a different chassis, but they made it into a panzer III mock up and i'm not sure exactly what it's based on.
