p1000 ratte vs mega overlord, who will win?

Both are some kind of crazy fantasy. In real one main gun is enough and such a large tank is a perfect target for airstrike and has a long list of disadvantages.

No one said anything about air power. This is a tank duel.
well, aircraft will NOT show up
The P1000 ratte easily outerange the overload and it's cannon can peaty much level an entire city block so this isn't really a competition, more like a slaughter.
And if the Overload somehow managed to get close enough good luck penetrating that cruiser grade armor while four 8.8CM guns and the designer knows how many Panzerschreck's are firing at it.

If i remember correctly the ratte has flak cannons in the back.
Yeah like I said four 8.8CM guns in closed turrets. Can't remember what model though. Possibly 41 or 37.

I wish this could be done with Metal Gear Rex, but sadly Rex isn't a tank. :(
what's a rex tank?
oh and ECM has no effect on ratte... :/
