Some sort of new Russian tank, maybe the modern "Animal Killer"? Or this is most likely Object 195, the T95 with unmanned turret, something like shown here Media.moddb.com

Yes it is, the early prototype of T-95, I seen this pic on some army forum
The turret looks too big, and didn't they cancel the t-95?

Thats the way the Russians roll :/ They keep all the cool good stuff secret almost indefinitely. The fact that there is even photos of a covered version floating around means that this tank may be near production & service status or its more or less become an obsolete project.
