I'd say that's not an 'A7'. This one to me looks more like an 'A6EX', a comercial version similar to the spanish A6E and to the A6HEL from greece.
The socalled 'A7+' might look like this Moddb.com , equiped with most of the PSO's features, but using the A6M-chassi instead of the PSO's A5-chassi.
Nope, this is the Leopard 2A7 already ;-)
