Missing wheels? They didn't bother restoring it?
Maybe too lazy? nah. I am not exactly sure. Might be the reason there were no original spare parts left? Afterall this is the early Porsche–suspension variant (considreing all other Jagdtigers were scrapped).
The side skirts are also removed though. My guess is that their just in the process of doing some sort of maintenance work on it. If it was just missing some wheels that is the type of thing they would probably use reproductions or similar parts from another vehicle for.
Thing is that they'r not doing any maintainance, this beast was captured and later tested by the brits, theres even a vid of this exact thing driving around in fields during ww2 and it doesn't have the missing wheels aswell, proyl got blown off and brits didn't have the parts.
