Looks like a modified PzIII. I'd love to know more about this.
Probably a modified T-70M hull with a wanna be PzIIIa turret.
Kind of hard to tell the hull, what with all the slabs covering it, and that triangle thing (is that a fire), but now that you mention it, the PZIII turret seems too large for the hull, it it does bare a bit of a resemblence to the T-70, the only thing thats bothering me is that I count 6 wheels instead of 5 on its side.
Yes i saw that one wheel more too but that's the only hull that fits the dimensions i could think about.
I've already seen firefighting tank on leopard 2 chasis so nothing suprises me ;)
