Hmmmm, me thinks its either an art display, or photoshop. Those treads would tear that street up.
Not really, the T34 is a very light tank and they usually have rubber fittings for the tracks when going onto tarmac.

well the number plate (license plate)
is from a near by town.
But I think its not allowed to drive tanks threw the streets.
too the plate is green, meaning no car-taxes have to be paid.
As the architekture on photo, looks like a cumon street of that city (hannover)
I'm sure this no photoshop, or very clever made...
It is photoshopped, the road sign behind the tank end in nowhere also the turret seems just too shiny...
