Looks like a Warhammer 40K super heavy tank to me 0.o Like the ones that Forge World makes.

The chassis reminds me of the Decepticon Brawl out of #1.
That is the E.F.G.F M61A5 Main Battle Tank from Mobile Suit Gundam.
Sadly Gundam is a mecha instead of thanks filled anime.
Definitely reminds me of the Snow Tank boss from Metal Slug, I love it! ^^
