Still rocking T80s? Weren't they saying they phased them all out already? Especially with the "worsening" supply situation for the parts since last year?
Apparently the Omsk factory that was bought by UVZ still produces T-80 parts and is still capable of complete overhauls (S-300V etc. use T-80 chassis's). The 4th Kantemirovskaya is the only division operating T-80Us as far as I know.
Every man and has dog was saying the T-80 was phased out and sent into reserve awhile ago. Turns out these fellas are still using them.
