looks like a regular 2S19 Msta to me...
Nope. The turret is different. Here's Msta:

The hull seems to be different as well. Armata chassis perhaps?
They removed the second barrel? Well yeah, on closer inspection, it does look slightly different with the exception of that box-thing at the front of the turret, which is definitely new. (smoke grenade dischargers? Shtora-like defense suite?)
Probably a Koalitsya-SV-OP, aka single barreled Coalition. Chassis looks like a modified T-90, but more likely T-72. Definitely not Armata. The covers are probably hiding any new EO and/or hardkill APS suites.
