Dx9 enhanced only, but can look much better than the original. Has two console commands to adjust it.

nice! Would be nice to have a console command to adjust the godray intensifty value, so you can still have 'em but make them a bit more transparant.

do godrays work in dx9? i haven't used dx9 in CoP/CoC for ages, ive heard dx10/11 in CoC has issues but its largely been fine for me, ive had crashes but usually its always some script issue, never any directx/renderer issues in the log, except when i use too many HD textures :)

The vanilla rays don't have any commands, only on/off switch and quality.
Yes, it works on Dx9 enhanced.

hm, on 1.5r6, when i used DX9 enhanced, when looking at the ground, there's some flickering with the shadows/rays, not sure why exactly. It's better on DX10 for me.

Don't have a video (must install some capture thing sometime) but basically in Cordon, probably around 9am, sunny weather, looking at the ground and strafing left/right there's quite a bit of flicker.
