A lot has changed as over the years as the site moved from a dark v1 to a bright and rounded v2, to the classic v3 and now the all mighty v4! To join this group you must have joined the Mod DB in 2002 or be a KNOWN long time hardcore user!
2005 April Fools - Mod DB becomes the Powerpuff Girls

Description
In 2005 as an April Fools prank, we rebranded Mod DB briefly as the Powerpuff Girls, with a pink design. Needless to say it took the community a while to realize it was actually a prank - and everyone's eyes could rest easy once the normal design returned.
