For all the old skool modders that have stuck by Mod DB from v1 to v4. A lot has changed as over the years as the site moved from a dark v1 to a bright and rounded v2, to the classic v3 and now the all mighty v4! To join this group you must have joined the Mod DB in 2002 or be a KNOWN long time hardcore user!

Description
By Mod DB v3, the site was already damn popular, but this version is really what put Mod DB on the map introducing many new advanced functionality including detailed tabbable profiles, downloads, tutorials and plenty more. Love for this design was fairly universal, since the site was super streamlined, though navigating was confusing at times.

Ahh yeah ... I somewhat miss v3 already but at the same time I'm glad its gone. In a few years we'll come back and say "ooh the good old times" .. just like we do now with v1 and 2 :)
I really miss the simplicity of v1... ;-;
I was only here for v2, v3, and of course v4 :P Fun to see how sites grow larger and larger
I loved making those little icons :D
My personal favorite. The easiest to navigate, in my opinion. Then agan, whenever V5 comes, we'll probably all be lamenting how great V4 was.

V3 was where it all began for me, I like it but the new features are a must have so I have to say V4 is the best
v3 was the best version ever. After that, it vent down ... way down ...
I just remember V2, but i had only just joined I think..
When the V3 was changed i stoped browsing on moddb,it was like i lost my home.
I still remember always searching for hl1 mods lol.

I did always love the design of V3, Only if there was a mix of V3 and V4
I remember this, when I first found Mod DB I came across V3, I never had an account here until recently, but I'm glad I did get an account and here's why: Filefront, I can never download anything, nothing, ever! I love Mod DB!
