That's not exclusive to YouTube. I'm sure most ISPs (Those that refuse to implement fiber) have monkeys instead of professionals since they want to save on costs.
Usually monkeys end doing a better job than highly professionals tough.
While I might be atheist, I agree with something on my Bio II teacher's door.

One reason more to not believe in "God"...
