Nope, it was Battlefront 3 that was hidden on that game.
Honestly, it looks like a totally normal face texture to me.

The More I look at it.......The more confused I feel......Is that a Tongue at the top??
All that stuff at the top are most likely textures for inside his mouth, so pretty much, yeah.
