LOTR (The Eä universe) is better because it has a storyline of thousands of years, with many countless battles and wars, Harry Nuts is just a story of one person, and ends with that person winning, (almost in every movie and book that happens) but Tolkien's universe has so much sh*t happening that nearly every other fantasy game, book, show, or movie have something taken from his collection.
Lord of the Rings is better, though I do like them both.
The story of LotR is to go on a long quest to destroy a magical device to stop the dark lord from returning.
The story of Potter is at first lazily trying to stop Dark Lord from returning, and when that fails, go on a long quest to destroy magical devices to kill him.
Yup, no similarities there.
Though, sarcasm aside, the two stories do feel very different when actually reading them due to characters, and other plot details.
OMG!
LOTR is better *dives in a rage war shelter.*
But who is the snake guy?
Grima Wormtongue :P
What I want to know is who the Evil BFF for LOTR is?
I never really liked Harry Potter anyway, it was just too simple.
Saruman, I suppose)
Oh yeah *derp*.

I never actually knew what to call Tolkien's universe until what you just mentioned (some fan I am :/) Thanks for the Info :D
Honestly I think Harry Potter is better. Not the movies, the books. I love The Hobbit book, but i got bored as **** trying to read the next one.
