Well you're all correct, it is a Norwegian movie called Trollhunter, or Trolljegeren in Norwegian. I thought it was a pretty good movie, America has secret agencies so they make conspiracy movies about that, Norway has trolls so it should only be logical they make a conspiracy movie about Trolls =)
