The terms of service are pretty scary if you actually read them, filled with big words and warnings about what could happen if you violate the terms of service. Those things are very strict. Try marketing a product by sending messages to people on a videogame console. Go ahead, do it, I dare you. LAWSUIT! :D Now sony/Microsoft has all your money :P Cough Cough Evil corporations Cough Cough.
