I think it can cause some problems in future, but still, I'm too lazy to read so many pages of english text. I just wonder why no-one have exploited from that yet.

The terms of service are pretty scary if you actually read them, filled with big words and warnings about what could happen if you violate the terms of service. Those things are very strict. Try marketing a product by sending messages to people on a videogame console. Go ahead, do it, I dare you. I only read THOSE TEXT THAT IN CAPS. some ToS have them.
