I'm sorry but you can't judge the whole Skyrim modding community by a couple of idiotic mods like these, made by children and trolls.
I personally downloaded hundreds of "realistic" and "awesome" Skyrim mods, that actually fit into the game perfectly.
lol it's just a joke. Just like everything else in this humor group!

For some reason it really annoys me that almost every modded Skyrim player I've come across is/was playing around with some rather out of place skimpy anime waifu character, for that matter this image should have been a skimpy anime waifu + more Thomas the Locomotives.
Same here friend. That's why I don't watch any of the Skyrim mod highlight videos on YouTube anymore and everyone in those videos seem to be playing as skimpy anime waifu characters as you said, it's annoying.
I see the dark side of modding has reached the HSP group again...
I would normally link to the other image, but I'm not feeling like searching for it right now.
This image is as lite as it gets. Posting images of the truly disturbing side of modding (especially concerning Skyrim) would likely result in a ban...
Meanwhile I still prefer this mod...
