I don't get why people freaked out about a giraffe that wasn't useful for anything in life becoming at least somewhat beneficial to science by getting dissected.
Too all the overly optimistic and blind idiots: Life is cruel so might as well get used to it! Be a realist:D
Whoever downvoted him are idiots. He speaks the truth; this isn't a luvy duvy world, and I guarantee if you step outside of your cozy and safe countries, everything's quite different.

Oh come on. Seriously? Thousands of people are getting killed in Syria and no one gives a f*ck, and one giraffe is killed (granted, for no real reason) - and the whole world runs amok.
Priorities these days ...
Giraffe population: 80,000-
Human population: 7,000,000,000+
giraffes are 87,500 times more valuable than humans.
