Obama, cuz Putin rigs elections and may as well be the start of the next czar if he has his way. Only idiots who can't see what's really going on in america between the president and congress actually think obama is a bad president, when he's handcuffed because one side wants to do everything they can to prevent him from doing anything good so they can get the white house next. It's a damn shame.
