I do genuinely want to know how close here real face is to Triss, if it's all make up, or if she's even the woman they based Triss on.

I remember there being a /r/gaming post of this a while back, like shortly after Witcher 3 came out. I think there was more information there. Definitely google for it with that in mind.
I believe Triss was based on Klodi Monsoon, she even did some shoots for playboy as Triss...that girl is a goddess.
