I no get it...
Window explorer.exe is the process responsible for the task bar, start menu and desktop. However, you can still launch program from the run utility if you know how the executable file is nammed. The svchost.exe is in layman term, a process which allow window to read dll files.
Therefore the joke is, window own processes are slowing the OS. FAIL much.
Oh, I couldn't read the svchhost one. But I guess that is kinda funny. Not enough RAM I'm guessing.
