My experiences with EA customer support haven't been any better. First time I contacted them they said I'd have to call them by phone to get an answer.(Which I didn't)
More recently I've contacted them three times(About 4-8 days between each attempt) about an issue with TOR(The game isn't letting me get anything with cartel coins), and they haven't even got back to me at all.

On a more serious note, yes, it's EA, what'd you expect.
They should replace 'support' with 'trolling'

wow just another reason to hate EA....
I don't know how many times i have had this kinda conversation with EA, but its a lot. I especially don't like EA after they ruined my C&C Series.
