At the very least, it seems like DRM isn't as bad. Were this be an EA game not only it wouldn't be on Steam (See: Origin only), it would *also* have SecuROM.
Then again, this is a case of overpricing SO severe, I can afford to say, without exaggeration (and assuming I liked trains, a LOT) "were it 1/100 of the price I MIGHT consider buying it".
This reminds me of the costume DLC for Dead or Alive 5: Ultimate. There's like 380+ pieces of DLC and all but 2 of them all alternate costumes. Buying it all would be like buying the full price game 3 times over. And that's on top of the 6-14 alternate costumes that can already be unlocked in game for each character (not counting the guest characters from Ninja Gaiden and Virtua Fighter they only have like 4 built in costumes).
It's turned into a game of dress up dolls with some fighting in it. This blatant milking didn't happen until after Itagaki left and Tecmo merged with Koei. DOA 4 had no costume DLC at all.
It doesn't help that most of it is just skimpy outfits for ***** people to buy like this.
Don't get me wrong I like hot naked girls as much as the next guy but porn is free. XD
P.S. I also had to download 13 compatibility packs (a gigs worth of content) just to even be able to play the game when I first got it because of all the costume DLC.

wtf is dat for a game and what are they thinking? hahahah
From the looks of the DLC it looks like...
... a train simulator.
Yeah, Train Simulator 2014... The older games were MUCH better.
...For that price you may as well save up a bit more and just buy a real train.
No need to do that, whenever I see "STORE" combined with "DLC" I see bank robberies rising in the horizon :P

The price of victory is high indeed...
... wait a minute, is there even such a thing as "victory" in a train simulator?!?

2 873,17 in euros. Think about that.
Damn...
R$ 6.867,95. It's 6.867,95 in reais.
I just repeated the price for emphasis. It's too expensive. TOO EXPENSIVE.
Well..you can always get stuff from the dark side of the internet.
