Would have made more sense if it was on the actual bullet so the victim can know personally that the apology was for him.
Maybe he feels more sorry for his weapon than for his victim. ^^
It would be pretty damn small.
yer, i was thinking that. they stick it on bombs because the whole thing flies at the target but the caseing will just eject to his side
