Well, being that "peace" could mean exactly what you'd expect it to mean (everyone's happy, no more war, etc.) - or it could be something more along the lines of Kane's idea of "peace"; or even something where all humans die horribly painful deaths, leaving the world human-free and therefore at peace, I'll go with A.
That way, there's less risk of humanity ending because of "peace", and more risk of humanity ending because of a lunatic with superhuman powers and a lightsaber. :D
