Your model has some sharp surfaces- in the future, before rigging, use the select element tool, select the whole model, and then find and hit the "Auto Smooth" button
Yes i know but even with the auto Smooth, some parts of the skin are still sharp !

I position the hand into a holding pose by editing the vertices, then I make the entire hand area Palm1.
