Have the same issue, not 100% though cause I've seen it as well in AS2/CTA. I think its how close the volumes are to the grid and the weapon as well..

Open up the .mdl and .def files, and see if there's any difference when comparing to a CtA weapon.

I think I remember now... I think it has to do with weapon definition within the weapon folder and not set files... thanks guys! *UPDATE*

{item "sks45_v1"} <--- must be same name as .set file so it has to be sks45_v1 otherwise glitch above will occur...

This problem is the name of weapons is different from it entity name it "set files"
