18th September 1944. Near Valkensward
After the bridge in Oosterbeck was destroyed. The Tommy's must find another ways into the fatherland. So Tommy's 30th Corps are moving steadely on highway 69. And now is crucial objective for 12th SS panzer div. with the rest of Kampfgruppe Lehr to stall the enemy advance.
As you can see on the picture 3 from 6 US sherman 4th reserve div was destroyed and many 1st royal detachment Comandos were killed by the German Supreme force's Ambushes after the 30th corps crossing the small bridge near valkensward.
Thx for seeing my GEM Contest picture. and im so sory cause there was still many mistakes and lack of details. because i made it in a rush.
