I have an issue.

I've been scripting the editor for years, but I still haven't seen a way to block an upcoming trigger without edited conditions.

Let's say, for instance, that there is a trigger which fails the mission if your unit is detected.

After a certain point of the scenario, the unit should be detected without any failure issues.

Currently, I assign conditions of failure trigger:

1. See enemy (Player 1)
2. Event "unit-can-be-detected-without-any-issues"
3. Task1 shown
4. Some variables...

Hierarchy: 1 & !2 & 3 & 4

And after this scenario turning point I activate the event unit-can-be-detected-without-any-issues so the trigger is no longer functional.

However.

Is there a known way of directly blocking a trigger - like trigger - bla bla - rendered unoperatable?

As I know there no way to block the triggers directly, only with edited conditions. You can study some missions triggers from MoW, but on mine the devs use conditions for operating the trigger.

Assault squad 2 Gem editor. Is there a way to increase unit experience with triggers to a specific soldier. I need to create enemy reinforcement with improved veterancy. Tnx

I don't think that is possible. I checked out main places in which this feature may appear, but didn't find anything. The DMS add new features very poorly and unprofessional.
