I do not know where to start so I am going to ask if anyone knows what particular files and skills it requires to create new multiplayer options such as removing unit timers. I am asking this so that I might be able to modify some mods and create or change multiplayer options on them. Thanks in advance for anyone able to help or willing to reply. |
