I give you my opinion on the latest mods of Fallout New Vegas, and Fallout 3. You can also suggest mods to me and post it on here for others to see. I am not responsible for any of your game's breaking from installing mods. Please do note that I am not a modder, I only try and find mods for people that look at the group. None of these mods are by me and belong to their respectable creator(s).

dunno, who did that, but I went through and bumped things up a notch. Fair is fair.

The mod "A Quest for Heaven: Deep Blue" re-release is delayed because I have been too busy with RL to finish the run through. I will be getting to it this week. Not to worry, it IS finished, just some minor checks to make sure there are no big errors. So far I haven't found any. It was originally put together by 2 people and the sheer amount of work that went into it is amazing, ... even though this is the 8th or 9th time I have run through it, it is still awesome.

I have also been checking on some mods for New Vegas, ... when I get a chance I'll review them here. One of the classics is "A World of Pain", ... a really good mod and Earache's mod "Angel Park" , ... both on moddb as well.

This shotgun is a little to high poly, but I've been using it for a day or two now. Pretty good even though I'm not a big fan of using 'em! Also made mod of the month!

Hello,

Looks like things are a bit slow right now, but there is an excellent, slightly non-canon mod series available here on moddb for Fallout 3. It is the "A Quest for Heaven" saga.

Episode 1, "Secrets from the Past" and Episode 2 "Like a Diamond in the Sky" are available here:

Moddb.com

Moddb.com

and the developers blog site is here: Lazarpaul66.wix.com

There is a 3rd part available very soon(1 week) entitled "A Quest For Heaven 3: Deep Blue" (with voice acting) and a 4th and final part currently in the planning stages called "A Quest for Heaven 4: The Iron Dream". A spin-off side quest is currently under development that starts in The Pitt.

It is a deeply involved series that proposes a possible beginning of the Enclave and gives the Fallout series a way to get off of wasteland Earth and venture to the stars in spite of the Great War. You could almost say that it creates a canon unto itself as you try to discover the long buried secrets behind the Heaven Project and how it affects events in the current wasteland.

Each episode offers several hours of game play and does not always focus on fighting techniques, as it also involves a bit of detective work and some basic problem solving skills. But, the series does give you some new armors and weapons. In Episode 1, you get a new type of weapon and Episode 2 gives you a couple of new weapons and a prototype armor. Episode 3 gives you a number of new weapon prototypes, armor prototypes, and new, lethal enemies to fight.

This series works very well with FWE, EVE, and Marts Mutant Mod, in fact, those mods make it even more challenging! Check it out!
