Such thing was in old Progen mod for Gen but not included in ZH version
Hmmm... This was part of some Generals mods that I don't remember...
Hover Crusader Upgrade..
They are from SW mod (ShockWave)
shockwave 0.95 to be exact. i like the RotR 1.5 version of the hover crusader.
