nope just modded twisted inserrection myself
using xcc mixer to extract the rules ini
I'd appreciate it if you didn't upload pictures of your mods to Twisted Insurrection without AT LEAST mentioning that you've modded it. This gives the mod a bad image... I don't understand why you'd WANT to enable all that stuff, you do know I disabled it in Skirmish mode for a reason...
