is this EA Pacific's RA3? another project after ZH?
Red Alert 3 was in the early phase of planning and was rumored in 2005 or so, but nothing special didn't show up until spring 2008.

Wow. Quality of this early concept art: awesome! Quality of later concept art: crappy or non-existent. (Non-Existent because they stopped doing the Faction pages.
