This is an alternate (probably the original) version of the commonly seen Raider concept art, but with a bizarre set of gear like wheels at the front!, Nice!
I like the cannon but the wheels...
the glowing cockpit just yells "shoot me here!"
isnt it scorpion tank? (or is it a C&C4 unit)?
It was actually called the Raider tank for a long time ( the object name if you edit the Scorpion Tank in C&C3 is "Nod Raider Tank" ).
And for the sake of completeness, the Raider buggy was called the "Scorpion buggy" previously ( and is identified as such in the editor ).
