I got this tank from a crate, just like the multi-missile.
you can get this tank if you modify the ini files (see rules.ini)
where can I find that file?
get TibEd and you can make your own mods. im modder, but i dont use tibed atm.. but is good for began with modding.

That is no surprise, the forgotten use mammoths MK-Is on their arsenal, if you use a mutant hijacker in you can use them, but getting one from a tech box sure is a luck hit.
There are 3 on the last GDI mission of TS. ;)
