Generals and ZH were really, really awesome games in my opinion, and I really hope they make Generals 2. This looks great.

Speculations speculations...
Alright lets assume that this is Generals 2 then some people said that it has similarities with Frostbyte II engine which is also used in Battlefield 3. Now lets assume this is all true that it is Generals 2 using Frostbyte II...what do we know from Frostbyte? It is NOT modable because devs said that the engine is too complex to be modable.
Now lets assume that all these points are true - what can we say then?

They're not using Frostbite 2, trust me. They may use improved RNA engine, or something new.
Victory Games will most likely not use Frostbite 2 for the next C&C, but in an interview, the producer/lead designer has mentioned that they would be creating new technologies and the base of the game from the ground up, or something like that. That essentially hints at a new engine.
i dunno what they use but its look reminds me a lot of moh and bf. who knows what they recycled to produce these 3 seconds.
Let's hope it's not the bloody S.A.G.E. AGAIN :P
They won't be SAGE engine either, trust me on this one too. SAGE is old engine, and RNA engine (used in RA3 and C&C4) replaced it.
*Generals use old renegade Sage
*CC3 use modifed Sage (more poly , higher shader and some new options like XML and SDK , rest is the same like in generals.
*RA3 use the same SAGE like CC3 but poly limit is changed
*CC4 use the same engine like CC3 and RA3 but they modifed something and they added global lighting (lighting on ground after the explosion but but I could already somewhere else see it... generals?

Yeah no concrete proof. But I'm gonna hope against great odds that it might be Generals 2 (hopefully) xD
I don't think this is an fps cutscene. Fps cutscenes are realistically played. Which numbnuts would send trucks head-on into tanks? And even then, the truck didn't blow up upon receiving a direct hit from a tank gun. That's something you usually see in an rts...
If this is in fact Generals 2 or something similar, I WANT!

its look like paladin tank :D
the tank looks like the main battle tank for GDI in Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars.
